3 Requirements G.709/Y.1331 defines the following additional signaling types: ODUC1, ODUC2, ODUC3, ODUC4, ODUC5, ODUC6, ODUC7, ODUC8 and ODUC9 Current GMPLS specifications for G709 v3 does not cover these signaling types.

4 Solution Just requests code points for signal types defined in G.709/Y.1331 in the “OTN Signal Type” subregistry.
