5 September 2006 Outstanding work The PHY ad hoc has been able to review approximately 50 as yet unreviewed comments in a half day of ad hoc meetings Part of the review process is to assign a topic, referenced by grouping related comments We can usually only get a half day per session At this pace, we need 4 more half-days to review the remaining comments We have 48 outstanding submissions and 25 topics covered by defer to SELF Jim Petranovich, Conexant

6 September 2006 Operations in future Volunteers have already pre-screened all the comments to group them into related groups How do we speed things up? We need people to prepare the presentations they have been assigned to We need volunteers to propose resolutions for comments deferred to SELF Other Possibilities Volunteers to prepare proposed resolutions for un-reviewed comments Other?
