2 Background Challenge - Samsung is battling Apple on many fronts, and retail stores are no exception. The business objective to improve customer experiences, where they feel empowered, valued and delighted during the shopping experience. Concepts – Create a dedicated planogram to include all Samsung branded products in one central area, including a concierge desk of Best Buy and Samsung trained associates, located in prime real estate that’s front and center of store. Materials – Dubbed the Samsung Experience Shop, the store tables, fixtures and other infrastructure adds to the dynamic environment that dazzles the consumer to become more motivated to learn about the newest Samsung products.
