2. “THE COMFORTER HAS COME”! – John 14:26
The Lord is seeking hungry souls for His holy sanctuary!

3. KEY THOUGHT The place of the Holy Spirit cannot be taken by any other power, person or influence. The joy and liberty He gives, no one else can. He is the Comforter, Who abides with the Christian pilgrim throughout his earthly sojourn. Never go through life without His abiding presence!

4. God does not want you to dwell in sorrow: There is Comfort for you!
THE NEED FOR COMFORT
We need comfort in life’s experiences:
In bereavement: Jn 11:19; 1 The 4:18
When broken: Mat 5:4; 2 Cor 2:7
In sickness or affliction: Job 2:11-13
In adversity: Luk 16:25
In loneliness: Jn 14:1-3,18
In persecution: Acts 16:40
God does not want you to dwell in sorrow: There is Comfort for you!

5. THE NATURE OF OUR COMFORT
The abiding Spirit comforts more than any man can (Jn 16:7). How?
He is ever present: Jn 14:15-18
He teaches us ‘all things’: Jn 14:25,26
He clarifies the truth: Jn 16:12,13
He reveals the future: Jn 16:13
He aids us in prayer: Rom 8:26,27
He links us to heaven: 2 Co 4:16-18
With the Comforter, our journey becomes a divine partnership!

6. THE NEARNESS OF THE COMFORTER
The Comforter has come! The Church multiplies through Him (Acts 9:31). And He is here for the thirsty:
It is a promise: Isa 44:3
It is a privilege: Acts 2:38,38
It is a passion: Num 11:25-29
It is by prayer: Acts 1:13,14; 2:1-4
This is your time!
