3 Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!”
“Now Thomas, one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.” A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.” Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!” Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

8 Jesus displayed divine Mercy on Thomas… Praise God!

9 Notice Jesus’ words… “PEACE TO YOU”

10 Thomas as “ Doubting Thomas”…
We normally refer to Thomas as “ Doubting Thomas”… Know how Grateful I am for Thomas’s honesty!

11 Thomas Struggled with what he HEARD;
He gave Conditions- Physical Conditions- Before He would Believe!

12 We also seek Conditions too often before we are willing to Believe!

13 He Walked through closed doors Jesus Appeared with Nail Marks!

14 Stop doubting and believe.”
Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.”

15 Thomas Joyfully Affirms,
“My Lord and My God”

16 Jesus Graciously, Mercifully, Embraces Thomas!

17 Then Jesus Shares With US
these Precious Words: “Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20: 29

18 Cute Story… A Mother took her little three-year old son to church. The little boy got impatient waiting for church to start…

19 Finally he turns to him mom and states in a loud voice,

20 HE IS HERE… HE IS ALIVE… SO WHAT?

21 To our Heavenly Father…
Jesus alone IS The Son of God, Our Risen Savior, The Lamb of God, And the ONLY WAY To our Heavenly Father… Do YOU BELIEVE?
