There are differences in the needs of smaller organizations with respect to large ones Financial resources are much less in smaller organizations DDO clients are often elected or appointed officials, so in many cases there is no long-term interest Maintaining support for GIS is a problem

Large number of attendees doesnt ensure quality and relevance Smaller size offers more opportunity to interact Subject matter scope this year was good!

Include more success stories Market the solutions aspect of GIS and the conference How can FGDC and NADO work together? Are there natural ties? There is a common interest at the federal level Create and develop dialog at the national level through NADO headquarters in Washington, DC
