What is Mission? Mission is the inward, upward and outward function of the church.

3 What is Missions? Missions is the “sending forth” of called Christians to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to win converts, to establish functioning, multiplying new believers that will bear fruit of Christianity in a foreign country. Matthew 28:19-20 –“Go”, “Baptizing”, “Teaching”

4 What is a Missionary? A Christian, a “sent one” sent by the Holy Spirit through the church to bear witness to Christ and proclaim the revealed message of God’s redeeming act in Christ Jesus in a foreign land. John 20:21, Acts13:4, Matthew 28:18-20

5 Missions is Motivated by the love of God.
