Organise exchanges on
Significant Water Management Issues and related measures (scale and level of aggregation of the issues, links between issues and measures, types of measures, links to other EU policies)
RBMP and PoM (including topics like assessment of effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, disproportionate costs, exemptions, links between measures and objectives, organisation of public consultations)
as soon as drafts are available at national
and/or RBD levels.

Exchange among IRBDs on their approaches (coordination, RBMP structure, definition of common issues and objectives, combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches)
Design compliance indicators to be reported for benchmarking RBMPs
