Robert Frost:( ), four-time Pulitzer Prize winning American poet. His works are principally associated with life and landscape of the nature. His poetry, sometimes are bitter, at times sweet, or ironic, using plain language and precise images. This poem was published in 1915. About the poet and his work About the poem: This poem has a context of two choices, in which someone has to move on it once he chooses one.

so the fate will be determined by the choice. He demonstrates he is kind of regretful for choosing one instead of another. “Perhaps the better claim” has strongly indicates the poet’s impluse when making choices.
