2 1. Maps must be very NEATLY lettered and colored

4 3. ALL LETTERING WILL BE DONE IN CAPITALS, EXCEPT cities, rivers, and mountains.

5 4. Each word of cities, rivers, and mountains will begin with a capital letter, and the other letters will be lower case. * Moscow ▲ Carpathian Mts.
