2. State-of-the-Play
WISE MR & ML GIS layers already used for WFD viewer published Dec. 2010, linked with attributed WB status information. Selection criteria: WISE MR: catchment > 500 km2 or reported as MR WISE ML: surface > 10 km2 or reported as ML WISE ML considered ready for publication as GIS ref.layers. WISE MR missing names for some rivers.

3. New map of Natural sub basins in Europe (draft)
- Relatively homogenous delineation - Available for comments (some names missing)

4. Pop-up windows for commenting

5. Way forward MS feedback by new commenting facility:
WISE Main Lakes (considered ready)
WISE Main Rivers (some names missing)
Natural sub basins (some names missing, delineation OK ?)
Comments can be inserted directly (deadline 1 May ?)
Publication as GIS ref. layers depends on comments
Question: views when is on “good enough” for publication ?
