Understanding the priorities and differences between program delivery at each college and board (i.e. supplementals; timing of program delivery)
Understanding what will prepare students for the readiness of a demanding program (i.e. the workbook project)
Surfacing the issues: the data, make-up labs and re-writes, student success strategies
