1. Class of 2019 Graduation Information

2. Amway –Wednesday, 5/22 @ 2pm Seniors must arrive no later than 12:30pm
Parents & guests can enter the arena at 1pm.
Open seating
Make sure you have all parts of your graduation attire:
Cap, gown, tassel- not mega tassel, hood (purple triangle)
Honor cords – we will not have extra if you forgot yours, so make sure you have them

3. Arriving at Amway Park in the Geico Garage (right next to Amway)
Parking is free for the graduate’s car only
If your guests require more than 1 car, there is a $10 parking fee.
Handicapped drop off will be on Division at the corner of Church Street.

6. After you park
Once you park, exit the garage & cross the street. You will enter in the loading dock area!

Parents and guests CAN NOT enter here!
Seniors only!

8. Senior Check-in
Once you go through security, you will go to the right & check in with your counselor. Each counselor will have a table.
Restrooms are right here as well.

9. Find your Counselor’s table/line
Check in with your counselor
They will give you your reader card and a medal
Do not clip your card onto your medal! It will fall off.

10. Line-Up
After checking in with your counselor, you will go to your line & line up in number order based on your reader card letter & number.
There will be two sides with two lines each:
Side A / B= Last names A-Da / De-Le
Side C /D = Last names Li-Ra / Re-Z

11. Side A Line-Up Please get in number order as quickly as possible.
You are lining up in the hallways around the arena and you will be standing for a while.
Please listen & follow directions through this process!

12. Side B Line-Up Please get in number order as quickly as possible.
You are lining up in the hallways around the arena and you will be standing for a while.
Please listen & follow directions through this process!

13. Valedictorians & Salutatorians
Once you check in with your counselor and get your reader card & medal, you can come to the VIP room. ☺
This is on the Magic hallway side. It is called Field’s Ultimate Lounge.

Refreshments will be served
You can review your speaking roles
We will come and get you to line up
Just so you know what the inside looks like…

15. Entering the Ceremony
Once everyone is lined up and ready, we will begin the ceremony (promptly at 2pm).
The band will play and all 4 lines will enter at the same time.
Valedictorians, Salutatorians, & platform guests will lead the line. (Blue line on diagram)
Remain standing until we tell you to sit
Do not stand on the chairs!
