1) Preparation Data acquisition / Vehicle inspection Test fuel (Cert. EU5/6) 5) Exhaust measurement 1 NEDC 23°C Bag: CO2, CO, HC, NMHC, NOx, NO2 PM, PN (Diesel und Otto DI) Modal: CO2, CO, HC, NOx 2) Roller adaption 1 Warm Up: NEDC 1xpart 1 u. 1xpart 2 1xroller verification 6) Conditioning in Soak Area 2 h 23 ± 2°C Battery charging 3) Pre conditioning Otto: -; Diesel: 3x part 2 NEDC 7) Exhaust measurement 2 NEDC 23°C Bag: CO2, CO, HC, NMHC, NOx, NO2 PM, PN (Diesel und Otto DI) Modal: CO2, CO, HC, NOx 4) Conditioning in Soak Area 2 h 23 ± 2°C Battery charging Seite 2 © 2011 DEKRA Ersteller: Erik Pellmann Seite 2

3 Project status 25 cars were total measured in point “0 km”
13 cars were measured in point “15000 km” The rental of the cars are not easy because mainly of the following points: we need it in any case for the second point (15000 km)  no rental service can ensure this a clear history of repairs or services are necessary Seite 3 © 2011 DEKRA Ersteller: Erik Pellmann Seite 3
