5 Working Groups remain: ECOSTAT, PS, Reporting, Floods and Groundwater
Mandates for WG will be targeted and limited
Sub groups/drafting groups under WG may exist –task oriented and limited in time- approved by SCG/WD
Mandates of activities include an investigation on the use of existing guidance documents

3. CIS structure All other groups are task oriented and time limited
Proposal for name: Expert Groups
In future CIS work programme, there will be list of possible ad hoc activities:
No group is needed for these activities
Proposal for a workshop for approval by SCG/WD on beforehand
The proposals above need to be confirmed when discussing activities one by one

4. Follow-up Discuss activities one by one
Including proposal for ad hoc activity on RBM Plans
On basis of presentations and discussions, agree on list of Expert Groups and ad hoc activities
On this basis, an explanatory document will be prepared for the Water Directors
