C, However, a coronal reformatted image from MR myelography shows the roots intact within the pseudomeningocele sac (arrows), suggesting only a traction injury. There is neither asymmetric enhancement nor T2 signal-intensity change of the BPL-innervated muscles or paraspinal muscles to support preganglionic injury.
