5. Next Steps (Act) Adapt process for ED’s in Ashland County.
Meet with local Law Enforcement Agencies (Ashland County Sheriff’s Department, Ashland Police Department, Mellen Police Department & LaPointe Police Department) to train on updated practices
Reevaluate readmissions in 3 months

All agencies are now aware of diversion options in the community
