528/2012: Classified by EU commission as low risk substance to be promoted over classical biocides to encourage the use of products with a more favorable environmental or human or animal health profile.
Emerald is pursuing biocidal product registration for Kalaguard® SB sodium benzoate for product type 6, scope: entire European Union.
Evaluation phase has finalized.
Mutual recognition by member states has finalized.
Starting May 1st each EU member state will publish the information and provide an authorization number.
Earliest expected availability in the market June 2019.
