27 The Jitterbug The Jitterbug, also known as The Lindy Hop, was popular from the 1920’s all the way to the 1950’s. This was a very upbeat dance that you needed a partner to perform with.

28 The Tango The Tango was popular again in the 1920’s and needed a partner to perform with. This dance was much slower compared to the Jitterbug but wasn't as slow as something like the waltz.

29 The Waltz The Waltz was popular starting in the 1920’s going on to even now. People everywhere have heard of this dance. For this dance you will need a partner again and be able to go a little bit slower than the tango. The difference between the waltz of the jazz age and the classical waltz were mainly stylistic: the songs were more funky and often faster, but the steps remained the same.
