3 Application Administrator Access
FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Application Administrator Access Application Administrator role has the highest level of permissions available to the end user. Application Administrators assign the roles of certifier, timekeeper, and personnel management levels I, II, and III. Application Administrators are the local focal point for questions/changes within their organizations, and have the ability to directly reach out to DISA support for issues they cannot resolve. 10 Additional ATAAP’s UIC’s
FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Additional ATAAP’s UIC’s If a new organizational structure has to be created as a result of a reorganization or switch to a different accounting system, new UICs (Unit Identification Codes) can be created in the database to begin building the new structure. Also, when a hosting site needs to bring on additional customers, the new UICs for that customer can be created in ATAAPS. 26 ATAAP’s Errors Common Timekeeping Errors Common Certification Errors
FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY ATAAP’s Errors Common Timekeeping Errors If a row of time is inserted without entering any hours, the system displays a message “Labor Duration not entered” under the line with no hours entered. If more hours are reported than the employee is scheduled to work, the message “Scheduled Hours Exceeded” displays. If fractional hours are entered incorrectly, the message “Invalid Hour Entries” displays. The following employee(s) could not be certified because timecard changes and certification cannot be done by the same person. Common Certification Errors Certification not permitted until . The following messages are associated with leave/premium request errors: Approved Leave Request does not exist for reported leave type hour Approved Premium Request does not exist for the reported premium type hour Approved Leave Request does not match labor reported. FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY ATAAPS v. 18.1 SCR X0774 – Create Premium Request Form/Report This SCR allows the employee to have a tangible copy of their Premium Requests that includes all data entered and associated action and comments as recorded by the Approving Official. SCR X Leave Request - UIC maintenance changes Add a module to UIC Maintenance which allows the user to be able to select and deselect which Leave Type Hours require a Leave Request form to be created FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY UNITED IN SERVICE TO OUR NATION
