6 GME Needs the Program Coordinators to:
Provide GME with rotation schedules of residents and fellows as soon as possible. Provide GME with changes/updates to rotation schedules at least two months prior to the resident/fellow start date. 7 GME Needs the Residents and Fellows to:
Go to the website for the VA St. Louis Health Care System Office of Academic Affiliations Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program website and begin completing WOC documentation. 8 downloadable documents total. When? Now please. Access Training Management System (TMS) and complete mandatory training. 1 training module. For residents and fellow who DO NOT have a VA PIV badge. Prepare to visit the Badging Office at least twice. Once for fingerprinting, again for a picture. When? At least two months before you start your rotation please.
