Go to the website for the VA St. Louis Health Care System Office of Academic Affiliations Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program website and begin completing WOC documentation.

Access Training Management System (TMS) and complete mandatory training.
1 training module.
For residents and fellow who DO NOT have a VA PIV badge.
Prepare to visit the Badging Office at least twice. Once for fingerprinting, again for a picture.
When? At least two months before you start your rotation please.
