IFEC 2019 Requirements Cable and connector integrity: 10N pull test
Insulation Resistance: 250VDC Power Up & E-Stop: 1) <1mA when E-Stop pressed 2) <50mA in quiescent state Free Acceleration: Time to reach 2500 rpm (overspeed fault trip expected) Full Load Test: Maintain highest possible speed for 2 min Drive Cycle Performance Test: Cycle through 25 operating points in 10min. Performance evaluated based energy consumed per distance traveled.
