What we do at events Work concession stands (serve food)
Run carnival games Give Directions Assist teachers in classrooms at school nights Clean up local parks Hand out water at local runs

Members Are Expected To
Complete 15 hours a semester (10 hrs must be INSIDE*, 5 hrs can be outside/donation hrs) Represent Key Club in a POSITIVE way Have no more than 3 strikes *Inside events are events that are signed up through Key Club and are posted on the website

SENIOR CORDS In order to receive your cord you must…
Be a Key Club member for at least 2 years Stay in good standing with the club Create a Senior Event *New for this year: You must sign up for the semester in which you will complete your senior event

What Is A Strike? YOU’RE OUT
Each member can receive up to 3 strikes before they are removed from the club You earn a strike by doing the following things... Signing up for an event and dropping out 24 hours before the start of an event and not notifying an officer Missing a meeting and not filling out the meeting excuse form Misbehaving at an event YOU’RE OUT

Meeting Excuse Form If you cannot attend both the Thursday afternoon meeting and the Friday morning meeting then please fill out the meeting excuse form It is located on the website under “membership” Failure to do so will result in a strike

How to sign up for events
We will post events on our website AND send them out through social media and the remind Steps Go to the “Info and Events” tab on the website Locate the event you wish to sign up for Click on the sign up genius link Select the slot you wish to sign up for

Behavior While at a Key Club event please…
Follow any instructions given to you by event sponsor Use school appropriate language Wear your Key Club shirt unless otherwise stated Stay until an officer tells you that it’s okay to leave Stay off you phone Keep a smile on your face :) Thank the event sponsors for letting us volunteer
