1. St Stephen’s Campus Assessment Phase One - Done
Phase One is complete and we are on schedule.
This initial phase focused on gathering information - current and historical - with the help of many intrepid parishoners and drew upon Doyle Coffin Associates’ (DCA) expertise in organizing and integrating the information to provide a firm basis of fact for our eventual discussions, visioning and planning.
This included building assessment, analysis of expenses to maintain the campus, review of zoning and other regulatory considerations.
Phase Two will be more interesting as DCA will explore and develop possible scenarios for our consideration given the parameters identified in Phase One.
Phase Two presentation targeted for April 16.
