2 Recognition of Participants
113 individuals participated in the CSIP process Of the 113 individuals, approximately: 56 are current administrators, teachers, and support staff in the SCSD 24 are parents of current SCSD students 33 are residents in the District 3 are current students in the District Many of the participants are graduates of the District themselves Many of the participants have children who are graduates from the District Jason Sefrit

4 CSIP Process October - December 2018
CSIP Steering Committee met to develop the CSIP committee, create and conduct surveys, review data, and finalize plans for CSIP process January , 2019 The entire CSIP committee met and developed plans for the Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals for the District January - February 2019 Sub-committees met to continue discussions and develop recommendations for action plans Danielle Tormala

February - April 2019 CSIP Steering Committee met to review sub-committee recommendations and prepare the final recommendation for approval by the Board of Education April 11, 2019 Presentation to the Board of Education Ongoing throughout Central Office Administration will monitor the CSIP progress & provide updates to the Board of Education at the appropriate times Steering Committee will meet once per year to review progress and make updates based upon the needs of the District A formal & comprehensive presentation will be given to the Board of Education at least annually Danielle Tormala

18 CSIP- The evolving document
Central Office Administrators will review the CSIP action plan monthly and will provide frequent updates to the Board of Education at the appropriate times The CSIP Steering Committee will review the CSIP progress and revise the CSIP annually based upon the needs of the District A formal and comprehensive CSIP report will be provided to the Board of Education at least annually Jason Sefrit
