3. Clinical indications It brings about bodily movement of the teeth hence it is useful in situations like closure of extraction spaces. It brings about the proper alignment of crowns and root Since it brings about tipping of teeth in mesio distal direction it helps in de-rotation of rotated teeth. It is useful in correction of deep anterior overbite
