Supporting the Agency for Professional Development of Teachers in Serbia (ZAVOD) Workshop introduction September 2016 Beograd dobro jutro, to je jako lijepo biti u Beogradu nakon 40-ak godina. Također sam sretna da ima prilika da je povezan s ZAVOD i ETF-a. Da se predstavim a sam profesor na dva sveučilišta, Potsdam u Njemačkoj i Deakin u Australiji i ja raditi za Svjetsku Banku, Azijski Razvojnu Banku. ETF. Develop the capacity of ZAVOD to exercise their quality assurance and regulatory function in the accreditation and monitoring of CPD Knowledge Transfer: ZAVOD to pass on this learning to others that are directly involved in the provision of training Objectives Participants shall be able to: apply the theoretical underpinning that will support CPD programmes for training of trainers, focusing in particular on the pedagogical competencies/skills identified plan, implement and deliver suitable pedagogical CPD programmes for ‘trainers of trainers’ in VET sector environments plan, implement and deliver suitable educational leadership CPD programmes for ‘trainers of trainers’ in VET sector environments 2
