2 Interstate Compacts When States have agreements with each other.
Examples: law enforcement data, coordinated development of natural resources, motor vehicle safety.

3 Full Faith and Credit Each State recognizes the judgment made by each other’s courts. Applies to only civil law, not criminal law.

4 Extradition Each State will return a fugitive to the State where the person is a fugitive. Governors ask each other for help.

5 Privileges and Immunities
A State cannot deny a person from living or working in their State. Can apply restrictions on voting, holding office, and practicing medicine. State universities can charge higher fees to students from other States.
