4. A+ Funds A+ funds were distributed on March 26, 2012.

5. FCAT Tutoring & Saturday Academy 2 nd FCAT tutoring session concluded on March 28, 2012. Saturday Academy will conclude April 14, 2012.

6. Somerset Surfing Carnival The Somerset Carnival will take place on May 5, 2012 in the west side of the building. (All booths will open at 10:00 and will shut down at 4:00 pm sharp) Balloon Dartboard by our Special Teachers – 1 Ticket Penny Toss by Pre-K-Kinder - 1 Ticket Toilet Paper Toss by 1 st Grade- 1 Ticket Alligator Toss by 2 nd Grade – 1 Ticket Roll the Dice by 3 rd Grade - 1 Ticket Spin a Toy by 4 th Grade – 1 Ticket Money Vault by 5 th Grade - 1 Ticket Basketball Shootout by 6 th Grade – 1 Ticket Bean Bag Toss by 7 th Grade – 1 Ticket Spin the Wheel by 8 th Grade – 1 Ticket (All rides will open at 11:00 and will shut down at 4:00 pm sharp) Fun Slide - 2 Tickets 4 Station Euro Bungy -2 Tickets Coconut Climb – 1 Ticket Justice League/Super Heroes – 2 Tickets First Goal – 2 Tickets AHoy Matey Combo – 1 Ticket Dunk Tank – 1 Ticket Photo Booth – 2 Tickets

7. School Improvements The Science labs and locker rooms have been completed and are ready for use. K-8 th grade students will begin using the lab after FCAT. Locker rooms are being used by middle school students who have P.E. Next year all middle school students will utilize locker rooms.
