1. ABOUT ME

2. I could easily take a random picture and
call it home, and, with it, a touching story of
how it shaped me into who I have become
today. But the fact is, I’m, not sure where I
grew up to become who I am today;
however, this house is where I grew to adore
what I love today. My first memory of a true
Canadian snow fall happened here. It was
where I witnessed my first White Christmas,
and it was where my family first established
a tradition of watching “It’s a Wonderful Life”
every Christmas.
It may not have shaped me into becoming WHO
I am, but it was where I learned to treasure my family and the beautiful memories of Christmas that I hold dear.

3. What I Expect
I expect to become increasingly efficient in the use of computers
and their programs
I want to be proficient with computers well enough that I may
be able to work at the retail store for Simply Computing
I’d like to know slightly more than basic uses of a computer and how
to repair/fix it if need be
I also look forward to improving my typing skills
I have an understanding in how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and
Power point.
I do not have a good understanding on how to fix software
problems or properly use a command console

4. My Family
Parents: My parents are together, and they both work in freelance-college
admissions counselling.
Brother: My Brother is a college graduate. He studied at Truman state University
after graduating early from Semiahmoo Secondary. He also studied in IB. He currently
works in the U.S. and for Answers.com.
Sister: My sister currently works in Chicago for the company Accenture. She
graduated from Denison University.
Grandma: My Grandmar, on my mother’s side, raised me. She has been
one of my best friends and forever will be. Without her, I would not be the person
who I am today.
Tigger: Tigger is my cat, and he is my first pet. He and I share a love hate relationship–
I love him and he hates me.

5. My Hobbies The picture on the left represents two of my
hobbies – hiking and photography.
Hiking is peaceful and I love being in
touch with nature
Hiking provides infinite opportunities
to capture the beauties in nature
My favourite memories have been made
While hiking with my friends
Photography allows me to put all my focus into a single instance of time
Photography is my lazy version of art
Taking pictures allows me to savor memories that I may one day forget

6. Technology Technology plays a huge roll in my education.
I have taken online classes
Searched online for answers
Quickly finished projects using Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Saved my grades by allowing me to finish projects neatly
