Require final design of heat exchangers and capillaries for SCT Endcap cooling circuit
Capillaries inside heat exchangers so both tested at once
Three different capillary lengths to be tested
Measure cooling liquid mass flow as a function of liquid pressure
Confirm design able to cool system with design mass flow (3g/s)
Confirm ability of design to cope with rapid change in thermal load (0 to 100% module power)
