Updates:
Plans approved by VDOT in April 2016.
All needed Right-of-Way and Easements attained in April 2016.
Issues:
During construction, the shoulder on the opposite side of the road will be available for pedestrian usage. Construction hours will be from 9:00am to 1:45pm Monday-Friday. Barricades will be placed to denote walking area.
Timeline:
Acquisition of VSMP and Site Development permits received in June 2016.
Preparation of bid document to start in Summer 2016.
Construction expected to begin late Summer
