“Enhancing Happiness and Sustainable Development through Partnerships” Objective Sensitize development partners on the 12th FYP – the last plan as an LDC that seeks to address the last mile challenges Acknowledge DPs contribution to Bhutan’s development Strengthen partnerships Theme chosen: Bhutan’s imminent graduation from the LDCs and the 12th plan as the transition plan to address last mile challenges and ensure sustainable graduation; The 12th FYP objective of ‘a just, harmonious and sustainable society through enhanced decentralization’; And importance of strengthened partnerships and cooperation in achieving socio-economic development needs.
