QoS measure
Issue: Section 3.10 “The specific criteria will be developed in cooperation with the efforts of e.”
Status: e is currently working on defining QoS but is not yet ready with a definition or measurements. Allen Heberling will track the e efforts. There may be divergence with e since they are working on extensions to an established MAC.
