Detailed description of contract:
The project involves alterations and extensions to an existing warehouse at Unit B Gateway 28, Including construction of 1200m² of new two storey office accommodation within the existing production facility. The scheme encompasses alteration and refurbishment of existing first floor office space to create an inviting open plan working environment with efficient electrical and HVAC systems.

Achieving key completion dates to enable ‘business critical’ staff re-location
Containment of extensive demolition works directly adjacent to a live production area with high dust sensitivity
Partial strip out and alteration of ‘Live’ building services and production control equipment whilst maintaining continued service in all adjacent areas
