6. HOPE @ UMHS On-site Operations Saturdays All volunteers part of Hope workforce UMHS volunteers include: –Attending/resident physicians, medical students –Nurse practitioners and/or PAs, nurses –Audiologists –Medical assistants, optical shop/tech –Clerical staff 6

7. Hope@ UMHS Operational Highlights Program began October 2010 in otolaryngology; first five clinics provided 74 patient evaluations and 60 procedures 2012: 401 total visits; 50 of these patients enrolled in UMHS MSupport charity care program for essential follow-up care 7
