3. Ogrodzieniec Castle is the most famous and the most impressive of the castles on the Trail of the Eagles' Nests and at the same time probably one of the most beautiful ruins in Poland. It makes Ogrodzieniec a natural point of the trip for every fan of history and scenic landscapes.

6. 1973: The castle served as a background for the series ‘Janosik’;

7. 1980: The film ‘The Knight’ directed by Lech Majewski was realized in the castle;

8. 1984: In the ruins of the castle the heavy metal band Iron Maiden recorded a part of the movie 'Live After Death';

9. 2001: In the ruins were taken shots for ‘Revenge’ directed by Andrzej Wajda;

10. 2009: Disco band Systematic used Ogrodzieniec castle as an open air in his music video titled ’Marzenia i sny’.
