Netiquette Use complete sentences in your postings and replies. You will not get credit for one word responses.

Netiquette Be sure to proofread and check grammar and spelling BEFORE you submit the posting.

Netiquette NEVER post anything that is personal about yourself or others. Be considerate and kind to classmates.

Netiquette Remember that ALL of your classmates and your TEACHER will read your responses. The postings are public like a newspaper.

Netiquette Make sure you are posting under the appropriate heading or thread.

Netiquette Include an appropriate subject line on your thread and reply posts. The subject line should give the reader an idea of what the post is about.

Netiquette It is easy for messages to be misinterpreted since you are not able to see the person’s facial expressions or body language; therefore, choose your words carefully. Consider how you would feel.

Netiquette Remember to read what has previously been posted by others to avoid repeating comments.

Netiquette Be brief when posting. Since reading other’s comments can be very time consuming, try to be straight to the point.
