2. Top Tips!
You will only have one controversy Q to answer (not an essay Q as well) – you will have a choice of two (on causes of Cold War).
Look at pervious exam paper.
Revise content from unit 1-3 (you won’t need thaw for the controversy Q).
Revise exam structure/look at past papers on Edexcel.
Don’t get flustered: Common themes ideologies, super power rivalries, personalities, security etc.
You have an hour to answer Q – 10 mins to look through sources/plan essay.

3. Grade Boundaries….
Out of 40 marks:
A = 32
B = 28
C = 24
D = 20

4. Plan for the three hours…..
Essay feedback/exemplar answer.
Look at some more past papers – picking out themes, cross-referencing, own knowledge.
Any remaining time you can spend revising.
