Do not just rewrite it— you should use a different sentence structure and word choice to express the same ideas. The clincher is like the attention-getter—you can use the same techniques. If you told a story in your attention-getter, you can return to that story in your clincher.

Intro Paragraph Conclusion Paragraph “They motivate us to play, be affectionate, seek adventure, and be loyal.” What was Tom Hayden talking about in this line from his book, A Better Life? A dog, of course! I would be lost without my dog, Romeo. He is the best pet anyone could have because he is protective of me, he’s easy to care for, and playing with him is lots of fun.  As you can see, Romeo is a great pet. I am proud of him because watches over me and keeps me safe, and he doesn't require much care. Plus, playing with him is always enjoyable.  As Roger Carras once said, “dogs are not our whole lives, but they make our lives whole.”
