1 After editing this is now the main image that will make up my advert

2 I then added my IAC logo to the advert
I then added my IAC logo to the advert. By opening the image and selecting it using the ‘quick selection’ tool I can drag it into my advert.

3 After making the logo central I selected the logo an added a ‘layer style’. By doing this I can add a effective glow to make the logo stand out.

4 I then repeated the steps to add a image to the advert
I then repeated the steps to add a image to the advert. Following my initial draft it will have a glow to also make it a focus point

5 I did this once again adding the second image.

6 I then added the ‘excellence for all’ slogan.
Using the text tool I selected the ‘monotype corsiva’ font because it has an educational style. Note I placed the text central because I want student support to be the main focus of my advert, by highlighting the slogan people who see the advert will know that the school does all that is possible to help their student achieve.

7 Finally I added ‘Ilfracombe Arts College’ text slightly above the slogan to show people who school is. People who only see the slogan may not then look at the logo to see who is advertising, so the added name pushes through who the school is. This was not in my draft but I feel it is a positive addition to the advert

8 Final Advert I am satisfied by the final result and believe I've done a good job. In the short time given I've produced something that I feel is up to a satisfactory standard. I saved it as a .PDF because, although they cant be admitted it means they are high quality and perfect for printing the advert with ease
