It is used as a way to help students critically understand events, rather than just names and dates

I want you to create a top 5 list of the most impactful events in U.S. History
For fun I also want you to create a top 5 for your life so far
After everyone is completed we will take a tally and discuss each event and if it applies in Thinking Like a Historian

To truly understand these events you need to look Through Their Eyes. To get a sense of perspective!
