We have engaged a campaign consultant group named Church Growth Services based in Indiana after a meeting & presentation with myself, Sis. Lee & Pastor.
Three Steps to Success: Getting Ready/Campaign/Completion. We are now in the Getting Ready phase, more specifically Pre-Campaign Readiness.

4. What is the Expansion Project? What do we get?
The expansion project will include:
State of the art 600 seat sanctuary
Additional office space
State of the art conference room
Additional upgrades

8. Why this project now? We are at capacity
Our present facilities are inadequate to accommodate our church family and community at large.
We believe that with expanded and
renovated facilities, we can more effectively
fulfill our mission and core values

9. How much will it cost?
Total estimated costs for the plans submitted is $4,000,000 which give us:
Major features such as:
State of the art 600 seat sanctuary
Additional office space
State of the art conference room
Additional upgrades

10. How will we pay for it?
Originally – $500K down payment + $3.5 Mil loan
Leadership has decided to do a capital campaign
$1.5 million from Capital Campaign Funds
$750,000 on-hand Funds
$1.75 million mortgage

Capital Campaign Funds projection for 3 years (750 K – 1.5 K)
On-hands fund - $750K or more.
