Quality Improvement and Delivery Science (QUIDS) Organizational Structure. The QUIDS program includes a multidisciplinary team of faculty, trainees, researchers, and operational staff to coordinate, prioritize, and implement projects across the division across all sites. The group meets on a monthly basis to discuss ongoing and new projects.

Criteria for selection of projects. The selection of projects has been driven by the overlap of responding to new requirements, finding opportunities for thought leadership, and identifying and encouraging faculty and fellows with passion in these areas. Examples could be new guidelines from external sources that might not yet be fully adopted, high-traffic/high-stakes areas where there is observable variation in practice, and areas where our health system could demonstrate leadership.
