2. Do Now Answers: Galaxies are billions of stars in one area of space.
Nuclear fusion is the combining of hydrogen atoms into helium. This happens in the Sun.
Gravity holds stars together.

3. Planets
Today we will be going outside and you will be working with your lab groups to complete your notes on the planets.
You will all receive a completed copy of the notes to copy into your binders.
When you are finished, you are to work on the Inner and Outer Planets reading. Whatever you do not finish is homework!
