Baby Steps is a fun, free, interactive 8 week programme fully supported by a midwife Aims: Raise awareness of the risks of BMI>30 in pregnancy Empower, motivate and support women to take steps to reduce these risks and improve their health and wellbeing Delivering Now, Improving for the Future!

5 Why ? There are many risks associated with having BMI >30 in pregnancy, women want to know these risks Extra costs to the NHS No dedicated programme in NHS Grampian
