2. Why do I Teach? I teach because I have faith in the youth of America.
I love to make teaching difficult subjects, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and making them fun for students.

3. Professional Educator’s Goal
Continue to stay professional as an educator and also continue to always learn. I strive to become a “Great” educator.
I will do this by using organization from the google suite
I will also follow up with more continuing education.
I identified this as my goal because the education system needs more “Great” educators. Ones that are passionate about the students and also their content area.

4. Actions to take to accomplish goal
I will continue to follow up with many of my colleagues via collaboration.
These collaborations will allow me to hear what I can do to become a better educator.
This will give a chance to self-reflect about how to become a “Great” educator.
I will also continue to always complete continuing education about teaching.
The best way to attain this goal is by working hard and making sure to get help from teachers and colleagues that you look up to and want to replicate.

5. How to remain a Connected Educator
Always work with your colleagues and know what you and they can provide to one another.
Make great relationships with your fellow staff.
You never know when you will need them to be able to help or vice versa.
This is a crucial part to being a great teacher. Connections are very important in every industry, but especially in education.

1- Weebly- It is a great resource to be able to make your own personal website.
2-Kahoot- It is a great way to quiz the students to know which students need more help in certain content areas.
Daily Organizer-google suite- using this calendar can help keep your busy schedule.

7. Advice for New Students
Make sure to know your students.
Get to know them on a personal level.
Make sure to be prepared everyday
Many of mishaps happen and you need to be prepared for the unexpected
Have fun while educating.
Work should be something you enjoy. Have fun and get the job done.
