Open your computer and begin logging on. Log on to iLit. Match the number of each word with the letter of its definition. 3 Vocabulary: Defiance: When a person disobeys rules. Hulking: Very large or heavy. Enforce: To make a person obey a rule. Bellowed: Shout in a loud voice out of anger. Recline: To lean or lie back. Habitation: Where someone lives.

(in Assignments). 5) Work on the Interactive Reader assignment sent to them (in Assignments). 6) Go to the Library. Click My Level. Choose a book to begin reading.

6 Work Time: Students will be working in small groups with Mr. Kern: Silent Reading Comprehension Review Interactive Reader Short Responses (completing the paragraph)

7 Wrap-Up: How do you think Luke feels about his life? What do you think is going to happen next? Continue working on your assignments as homework.
