4 WHAT LEADER BEHAVIORS WILL SUPPORT OUR VISION OF SUCCESS?
Consistent and thorough feedback on my instructional practice and course content Knowledgeable modeling, coaching, and support of realistic, gendered, and poverty strategies to help me improve student outcomes At least one short observation a week that provides actionable steps to improve my practice At least one long observation a semester for seasoned teachers that provides actionable steps to improve my practice; OR At least two long observations a semester for new teachers that provides actionable steps to improve my practice Efficient management of time to discuss my observation feedback that addresses the content of my lessons and my teaching practice Follow-up to check for proper implementation of my observed areas of improvement

5 WHAT TEACHER BEHAVIORS WILL SUPPORT OUR VISION OF SUCCESS?
Listening to and implementing the consistent and thorough feedback of your instructional practice and course content. Actually trying the feedback given on your feedback. Planning lessons that implement the feedback given. Asking questions if you're unclear. Utilizing the knowledgeable modeling, coaching, and support of realistic, gendered, and poverty strategies to help me improve student outcomes. Model teaching with fellow teachers Collaborate with teachers in your same subject area. Reach out to other teachers in the district to talk about the work. Come to meetings prepared with specific needs and ideas to improve your teaching. Have a plan and a solution for every possible complaint. Be open minded to change. Our school is student centered. Come to school with the mindset of teaching and learning. Be prepared to teach from bell to bell each class. Have a plan B and C for every A lesson.

6 WHAT RESOURCES ARE NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE OUR VISION OF SUCCESS?
It takes Human, Material and Financial resources to achieve ones vision: Human Resources: Quality professionalism for teachers, Highly qualified Administrators, caring mentors and support staff and community outreach. Material Resources: Quality materials such as new text books, teacher support materials, student work books, supplementary learning aids and current technology (i.e. smart boards and computers) to keep students engaged. Financial Resources: Funding for educational materials and support is essential for a quality education. This would include money for school renovation and upkeep, transportation, sports, pay raises for teachers, administrators and support staff. 

7 WHERE WILL WE ACQUIRE THE NECESSARY RESOURCES?
The necessary resources are found  This website will allow a teacher to view:  Performance standards they will be evaluated on Evaluation rubrics administration will use  Observation guidelines they will follow Observation guidance documents for educators who operate in unique situations Scoring and conference planning templates

8 Domain 3: Observation and Feedback
Scores decreased from 2017 to 2018 in the areas of providing feedback and supporting the feedback, although the scores were above 85% for BTW was above the Shelby County Average in every area concerning observation and feedback. The area concerning the amount of feedback/was it helpful on instructional practice needs improvement. Feedback that gives specific actions needs improvement. Receiving support to implement the feedback needs improvement.
