Johnson at the Royal Radar Establishment, Malvern, UK, around 1965 – 1967 Apple Newton (1993) Palm Pilot (1996) Palm Treo / Centro (2000s) HP IPAQ (2000s) Apple IPhone (2007) Resistive Resistive technology works the way you might first imagine a touchscreen would function – it senses pressure.
